Session B: evening in Europe/Africa, morning in western USA, afternoon in western USA and South America. After learning your specific objectives, interests, and any problems that you might be facing, ongoing consulting support is provided through the website forums, email, and Live Event sessions, ensuring continuous assistance and guidance tailored to your needs. ​ The consulting aspect of the program is designed around two crucial elements that support and enhance your leadership journey: subscription status & future roadmaps.

Participants subscribe to an edition of the Executive Leadership Program that corresponds to the current calendar year in which content is being published. ​ For example, the currently available subscription package is the 2025 edition of the Executive Leadership Program, which includes the 2024 period in which third generation program content is being re-recorded and delivered by generative AI technologies. In the future, a 2026 edition will be published. ​ Each subscription to a yearly edition also includes access to the Reference Library until the end of the aligned calendar year.

Pricing for the 2025 edition of the Leadership Development Program is based on an all-inclusive price of $695 USD (which includes the 2024 period also). ​ Price conversion to local global currencies is done by Stripe or PayPal processing at the time of your subscription purchase transaction. Approximate currency conversion values can be determined by using xe.com. As a reference example, the 2025 edition $695 USD price currently converts to approximately $625 EUR, $530 GBP, $940 CAD, and $1,040 AUD. ​ Participants retain access to the published content of their yearly edition beyond the end of the aligned calendar year.

Yes, and No. Presentation decks, tutorial guides, informational summaries, and other materials created for the Executive Leadership Program, as well as aggregated ServiceNow documents, are made available for download. ​ Other than by use of the native offline capabilities of secured streaming providers that Klapatche partners with for content hosting, the recorded instructional videos of program content are not made available for download or offline viewing.

The in-progress third generation of recorded content of the Executive Leadership Program is published incrementally, with new material available daily / every-other-day. The experience is similar to how you receive content that is published on YouTube channels, or viewing weekly episodes on Netflix. This manner of content publication allows the production team to keep information current in real-time, instead of publishing content that is months old by the time it makes it to the web. It also creates a sustained learning experience for participants which is aligned to in-person discussions of the Live Event sessions.

No, you do not need to be a current Platform Owner to participate in the program. ​ Anyone who is interested in learning about ServiceNow's platform, products, and technologies can benefit from active participation in the Executive Leadership Program. The third generation of the program has a focus on business executives, but anyone can benefit. This includes new users who are interested in becoming a Platform Owner, or persons in other organizational roles such as administrators, developers, architects, process owners, business managers, and CxOs.

The Executive Leadership Program is delivered across two formats of engagement. The first is a 50-module series of recorded instructional videos published on multiple content sites. The second is an ongoing series of Live Event sessions that are streamed online at scheduled times. Program participants are encouraged to join the Live Event sessions for real-time topic discussions, and to ask general questions about the program content or anything else regarding the ServiceNow ecosystem. In-person cohort sessions will be scheduled in 2025.

No, you can join the program as a participant at any point in time of the delivery. After completing your subscription sign-up to the Executive Leadership Program, you will have immediate access to all of the on-demand content that has been published, as well as all the on-demand content that will be published from that point forward. The Reference Library is an aggregated collection of direct hyperlinks to ServiceNow resources, documents, videos, and much more, across all the many web locations where that content is located. The library can be accessed here on the Klapatche website from the header link at the top of each page. ​ The Reference Library resolves a fundamental usability issue: to locate, access, and use all ServiceNow resources related to just one of the individual application products can require going to nearly ten different websites. The Reference Library provides program participants with a single starting point for going out to these many web locations.

Yes. A digital certificate of program recognition is provided to all participants at the completion of the leadership program curriculum. ​ Industry certifications is a topic that the Leadership Development Program will give measured guidance about. While certifications are intended to confirm individual knowledge and capability, the reasons for and methods in which individuals may pursue certifications can undermine the authenticity of the certifications themselves.

The Reference Library is updated following availability of each new release version of the ServiceNow Now Platform, as new and updated resources related to the new versions are published. Best effort is also made by the program team to update the Reference Library when new documents, courses, videos, etc. are published following significant occurrences, such as Knowledge conferences or other regional ServiceNow events. ​ Participant collaboration from the program community is encouraged to assist in identifying web resources that would be desired for inclusion in the Reference Library.
