Leadership Development Program for ServiceNow Platform Owners

Welcome to the Leadership Development Program (LDP) for individuals with platform ownership responsibilities of the ServiceNow Now Platform. Through this program, you will gain the knowledge and skills needed to understand the Now Platform and its ecosystem, develop your leadership abilities, and manage your platform ownership responsibilities. Upon completion of the program, you will be able to maximize the value of the Now Platform for your organisation.

The program is conducted through a combination of live event sessions, supplemental content, and online note summaries (continually updated).

The core sessions of the program are structured across a narrative of an adventure group trekking the Wonderland Trail of Mt. Rainier National Park, establishing a theme that working with the entire capability set of the Now Platform is a journey that requires preparation and commitment.
